Beavercreek placed 9th behind East and Ada. East missed finals by 1point behind us. Colerain was in 11th i beleive and southwestern lower than that somewhere. i think it was like 13th? maybe 12th. around there. these scores were crazy.

I keep hearing there was a 30 point difference between GC and 1st Runner up. This is not the case, it was a 30 point difference between GC and 2nd Runner up. Edgewood finished 9 points behind Teays Valley.

I watched each choir in the morning and afternoon and I agree with almost all of the judges' choices. The one that I didn't agree with at all was Beavercreek. I wasn't a huge fan of their show concept and song selection, but their vocals were amazing and the choreo was very pollished. I definetly had a spot reserved for them for the Finals.

I guess the one thing everyone should remember is the Show Choir is 100% subjective. Don't take it personally.

Beavercreek, very good season! I know that isn't how you wanted things to finish up, but sometimes you just scratch your head at how things turn out. Nothing you can do except feel great about a very good season and get ready to reload for next year. God Bless, Damon

Was at the comp. after I heard who made finals and the bogus judging panal, I left after daytime awards. I'm sorry Beavercreek and colerain had that stage owned . . what happened? I even heard kids in the halls wonder how they beat Beavercreek and colerain. Well congrats to the groups who made finals, I guess you did something to get in. I'm just confused that's all.

this is how I would have placed it

Beavercreek
Teays Valley
Garfield Heights
Edgewood
Colerain
poca

I just don't understand. makes no sense at all. I question whether show choir is just about politics anymore or what? well congrats to the groups. Cole and Beavercreek I'm so sorry, You know where you should of placed.

Congrats to everyone, especially Teays!

I was really excited to see the results for this competition... some surprised me a bit, but hey, it keeps life interesting. I wish Brush could have gone!

those are the final results, the first set was a wrong report of the standings after prelims...the second set is the right standing after prelims.
