Ok, This is probably the blondest question ever, but do you guys fly (Burbank) and how do you get your equipment over to Illinois?

I can't believe we're already leaving tomorrow!

Everyone who's on SCC better come and say hi - I'll be with Burbank and we don't bite!

Who is hosting Power Company? I am still pumped for this competition, and glad that there is no bad weather. When is Wabonsie Valley getting there?

Molly, Shelly, Heather, and Kristen are hosting power company, but you' ll see when you come. I would like to know when Wabonsie Valley is getting there too because that is who I have. I'm so excited for everyone to come and the weather is starting to get nice outside too!

This comp came up super fast!

It'll be a fun day. I love the midwest competition atmosphere.

If you guys know anybody with a nintendo ds in your choir, meet us there for a massive mario kart tournament!!!

You'll know us when you see like 20 kids divided into a few groups all simultaneously pressing buttons and mumbling "dude, freakin' red shell"

We officially got our assignments today -- I'm hosting Palatine! That's exactly who I was hoping for, too. I love them just because when Mundelein was doing the "MILK" cheer at Pekin, they joined in...I don't know if anyone's ever done that before. They seem like so much fun.

I hope you have fun with my group, I know they're lookin forward to this weekend =) And speaking of Pekin, it was so great to see the respect between the 2 groups...Like, when I was waiting to say goodbye to the Palatine kids, some of the Mundelein kids walked by and every one of them said good-bye and great job to me just because I was wearing a Forte shirt, and I thought that was just great. Anyways, now that I've gotten off topic...

I'll see ya this weekend =)

well dinner break is after lights and between sound fx and then there are the top 3 from the solo competition that perform after sound fx and before finals start. So there really isn't a huge break. I just didn't post that because no one asked about that. Sorry

Why such a large break between Lights, SoundFX, and the beginning of finals? To allow for the possibility of getting behind schedule?
