Twitter user @show_choir reports that Fame Events will "live feed" Show Choir Cup from Chicago this weekend.

No details yet for you starving artists and students out there, but I would imagine it's not going to be free.

Why don't you grow up? Unless you're an english major, you have no right to criticize or correct someone else's posts. I don't know you, but I do know your not perfect so why don't you find something better to do than correcy Mr.HJA's gramar. This is showchoir.com, lets stay on toppic.

Mr. HJA-
I am currently a junior at Brown. There is no Phd psych program here. So, good luck with that!

Does anyone have a judges list? I think that will help with predictions.

This may be one of the saddest statements about show choir I've ever heard. I understand that subjectivity is an unfortunate part of show choir, but when it's to the point of asking who the judges are to predict placements, that's a bit ridiculous. No offense to you, pplplezr, but I think this sort of thing is one of the major problems holding show choir back from what it really can be -- honest, clean, favoritism-lacking competition where the best group comes out on top, no matter who happened to be judging.

Thank you CSDUDE from ALbertville! It is so nice to hear about our southern show choir. Jackson Prep is definitely a great contingent in this competition having won a GRAND CHAMPIONSHIP taking ALL of the caption awards, Coming in 1st runner up at another competition and taking 2 of the caption awards and placing high in finals at all of the other competitions!

So nice to have such outstanding southern show choirs. Jackson Prep is excited to go to our first NATIONAL competition and appreciates the wonderful comments that have been made about us!

We wish everyone good luck and DON'T COUNT US OUT!!!!

Well I've seen Totino, Kennedy, and Sioux City East live this year, and have seen LC on the fairfield stream, and Hastings on youtube.

You are in for a treat since you've only seen Hastings on You tube. Totally different live (I saw them once!) and I understand the You Tube video is from their Preview show and they are 200 percent better noe.

But for the record, I do know plenty of people at LC that can spell correctly and are also grammatically correct. Just to clear that up in case anyone was unsure.

As for the actual competition, I don't want to even try to make a prediction. This competition can go many ways. All I know is that the winning choir will have to put on the perfect show to win.

Im nopt sure if your being funny or serious but i am big on vocals but i am a dancer so i may choreograph or help design shows but i am studying psychology to start my own non for profit and i will also coach track and field but will continue to help with show choir and be involved. its addictive lol

. So again GOOD LUCK TO ALL CHOIRS COMPETING HERE ESPECIALLY CS, TG, AND HN!!!

I guess this is why I got upset.

There are so many more choirs who are working just as hard to place well here. And they deserve credit too. It's not just a 3-choir battle. I for one am extremely excited to see so many choirs live for the first time.

And to road trip with my show choir besties!

So your expertise is in psychology (non for profit, whatever that phrase means)? Or is it dancing? Maybe track and field? Vocals?

I am sure of one thing: your expertise is definitely not related to being grammatically correct.

One thing I am unsure of is how this post is helping your argument as far as how you are at all accredited in the ways of judging show choir. Also, your long "rant-ish" post earlier was ridiculous and proved nothing at all except further your ridiculous mindset regarding show choir. I really hope you realize soon how inappropriately critical you are being about show choir considering your obvious lack of learned or inherent knowledge on the subject. Good luck to you in whichever of your endeavors you choose to pursue more seriously!

Julio - I fricking love you! Enough said!

The Cup - GO HASTINGS AND TG!! YOU KNOW I LOVE YOU GUYS!!

Never once have i pretended to be an expert on anything to do with show choir hun so don't be stupid. I am multi-talented thus i can delve into many ventures. Non for profit is An incorporated organization which exists for educational or charitable reasons, and from which its shareholders or trustees do not benefit financially. Any money earned must be retained by the organization, and used for its own expenses, operations, and programs. My expertise WILL be in psychology once i complete my Phd program at either Cornell, Brown or Stanford. Either way how I write on here is irrelevant to whatever point I am making. You are nobody's grammar or english teacher and thus, it is rather irrelevant. I have enough knowledge on the subject of show choir to make an opinion because A. i was in one for 3 years and b. i enjoy watching it. There for i can state OPINION which is what this site is for NOT expert analysis. So again GOOD LUCK TO ALL CHOIRS COMPETING HERE ESPECIALLY CS, TG, AND HN!!!

tHESE ARE MY OPINIONS AND ARE NOT THE OPIONS OF JENA ADRIANSON, CURRENT MEMBERS OF CENTRAL SOUND, ERIC HAYES, OR THE CHOREOGRAPHER. STRICTLY MINE. I will implore all who will be in attendance to sit and chat with current members and you will see individuals who love competing and are very smart and nice, friendly people. that is all.
