....And thats why Crete Monee is always in my top 10 favorite show choirs from Illinois! They do bring alot to of competition! This group is the Best! they are really good on and off stage! I can't wait to see them this year! They have so much skill that you would want in your own show choir. They make show choir look cool. Anybody can sing Addicated to Love, but they can't do it Better than Crete Monee. And don't let me get started on the Faces, the Best Single-Gender group ever in the nation, check out their history at regular and at National competitions! I wish they would come to our Invitational in Springfield, IL! Good Luck to them this year!

Thanks alot STEVE its good 2 know that people support you b/c there are so many people that come down on us and you dont understand its so hard but once again we have to prove them wrong..i just really want 2 say thanks and i hope ya'll have a beautiful competition season this year....

Yes Ben, it will be FUN!!! The 25th Annual Mt Zion Invitational has 6 Middle Schools competing on Friday, January 19th and then on Saturday, January 20th we have 4 Festival/Prep High Schools, 6 Single-Gender High Schools and 12 Mixed High Schools for a total of 22 choirs, all eligible to make the Finals. Also, we have 25 Soloists signed up. Many nurses will be on hand to assist Crete Monee, should they need help again this year. Friday night is only eight dollars and Saturday is ten dollars for the whole day/night (Thank you, Troy!!!). The Schedule will be out soon, as it just needs a few tweaks, but I promise to post it when it is finalized!! We have a few Newbies this year to Mt Zion, so it will be exciting to see them mix it up with the Oldies!!!

Hope to see you all in Mt Zion in January..............Gotta be warmer than Wisconsin!!!

does anyone have the date for this invitational yet?

even though we dont compete, myself and several others from my school have starte da tradition of driving the 6 hours south to see this competition, as it showcases some of the hottest talent in the Midwest show choir circuit.

dates, times, prices, anything you have would be absolutely wonderful.

i am sure troy will be there as well.

The competition schedule online says Troy is attending...

Mt. Zion
Davenport West and Central
Sullivan
Chicagoland
FAME Orlando

It was updated twice already, the last time being October 9th, but can anyone confirm if this is actually accurate?
