basically you kids wasted 2 and a half pages writing absolutely nothing important. Nobody cares what place your choir got, we don't even know where you came from.
What is significant is the placements that the advance mixed groups just got.
1st - Brea
2nd - Arcadia
3rd- Burbank
4th- Burroughs
5th- Hart
only words to explain this = what in the heck?
Don't worry burbank burroughs and hart, go to the top three from each state forum and you are the only ones named representing California. Burbank just proved that a few weeks ago by beating extremely stiff competition in the midwest ( motherland of show choir ) and im sure Burroughs will prove that soon enough. This reminds me of a certain competition last year that everyone was totally confused with the placements...

Take a look at Celebration! 2, 3 years ago Cele was AMAZING...this group would deserve second, third, sometimes even first place....but guess what "hoo-rah We know we ain't a high school" and people JUDGE!!!!!!! And i hear so many people complain about Arcdaia all the time...well guess what!!!!! POLITICS!
So you should all get over the stupid trophy thing. All that matters is that you go out there, do your best, and put on a kickass show. Cele did it today....we got last place WHATEVER....but that is the best performance we've had at a competition this year and i think we did great. But whatever so the judges didnt think that. Do you think i care? No. Because people came up to me and told me we were robbed and that we were incredible....and in the end......we took home...a 4th place trophy...Most Energetic/Enthusiastic Award AND 2 Soloist Awards 1st AND 2nd place
POLITICS...it's show choir.....get over it and have fun.

Congrats to Rancho Verde "Scarlet Rhapsody" for winning 2nd place at Los Alamitos Extravaganza.
You guy's truly deserved it. Your show was probably the only show I was awake to watch congrats and I can't wait to see you guy's in the future and see what other amazing show's you'll put out.
