Mr. Doug Newton received his bachelor of Music Degree from the University of Redlands. He earned his Master of Arts Degree from the University of Azusa Pacific. During his college years, Doug toured with, and was a featured soloist for both The Young Americans and the Continental Singers. After college, Doug successfully taught high school choral music for twelve years. Mr. Newton has directed musicals as well as numerous choral groups. He also hosted his own Show Choir Competition for five years. In addition, Doug is an accomplished organist, pianist, and vocal soloist. Mr. Newton currently serves as a Principal in the Pasadena Unified School District.
