I'm watching Auburn right now. While their closer still lacks a lot of vocal power, the difference between the Diamond Classic and right now is like night and day (hehe get it?) They deserve to make finals. Period. End of story. Shut the book.

WOW! Darren Dale has done an amazing job with Oak Grove Centerstage! They just left the stage and they were awesome! We'll definitely see them again in finals!

I wish that I had gotten to see them! I heard them from backstage and they sounded AMAZING

Then why do you have Albertville over Homewood, Homewood beat Albertville at SJ and has won 2 GC..... They are defiantly the best there. and are My GC pick

I think that he meant those were his finals pics in no particular order, not that CenterStage! was going to beat Homewood just because he put them higher on the list

My predicitions are based off opast comps this season, and idk, i may be completely wrong on my predictions. But to me, I feel the big three will make it for sure (Albertville, homewood, enterprise) and then I feel censations has a good chance to be that 5th finals slot. The last final slot is based on the fact that oak mountain has placed well. and their show is really good this year. i have it mixed with them and OG because I expect big things from them this year now that Mr. Dale is there. Auburn has a good show and by no means should be counted out, but as i posted about them in the diamond classic forum, their show just doesn't fit quite right together and i think that is the drawback

The sooner someone could post the morning awards results, the sooner I can put them into the system! If you'll notice, every group is listed above in performance order by division. I will be updating results above as they are listed!

Also, someone just told me that the small division winner isn't guaranteed a spot in finals? Can someone confirm this?

Nevermind, just got confirmation from a director. The 5 choirs with the top scores will be chosen finalists.

Hi James,

Do you have a full schedule for both days or could you point me to one online? We'd really like to get this one updated!

Also, I'm really looking forward to seeing Oak Grove! I know Darren Dale has done a wonderful job with them. They beat Petal in prelims last week. I want to see what they've got!

Final Predictions:
Albertville CenterStage
Albertville CenSations
HomeWood The Network
Auburn Varsity Singers
Enterprise Encores

I know a lot of people are caught up over the fact that Auburn lost to Con Brio last weekend but the first two numbers of their show are SPECTACULAR. I have a feeling that they have worked non-stop on their ballad (weakest part of the show in my opinion) and will make it over Oak Mountain.

I disagree. I think it Will be CenterStage, Homewood, Oak Mountain, Enterprise, and the last between CenSations and Oak Grove. Don't discount Oak Mountain. They are really good this year!
