I would agree... although i do think that reedsberg could squeeze into that last spot.. i heard they are pretty good this year

Thank you! We've been working our butts off this week, so hopefully it pays off.

I'm thinking that I will be making the trip since this is Ms. Halloways and Ms. Luhers last year directing. I also won't see Sauk Prairie anywhere this season... and I've seen them every year live since 2003. Gotta keep the tradition alive.

I have a Sue Halloway story I'll always remember. Years ago at Disney Showstoppers I was walking alone near the Liberty Inn restaurant listening to cell messages when I heard this low, raspy voice yell "nice butt!" loudly. I totally ignored it, and kept listening to my messages. About 10 seconds later, the same voice yelled "nice butt!" even louder. I turned to see Sue sitting at a table having lunch and laughing as people were turning to look at me. I went over and spent about 10 minutes talking to her and sharing stories from the contest season.

I REALLY like both of these fine ladies, and have enjoyed getting to know them a little bit over the years. Show Choir will miss their unique approach to their art and dedication to their students. They've always been good sports, fun to talk to, and their "Big River" show is one of my all-time favorite show choir shows I've ever seen.

God bless them in their upcoming retirements, and my thanks for the great careers they've shared with audiences through the decades. Damon Brown

I can't call order of placement, but I think 6 finalists will be:

Mayville
Onalaska
Monona Grove
Madison East
Iowa City West
WD Forte / New London

I guess that's pretty much self explanatory, it really doesn't take a lot of skill to predict that one does it?

I'm wondering who all's going? This whole being graduated and being out of the loop thing is such a drag...
