The camera change is not for a show choir competition. I mean, thanks for the closeups but I want to watch the competition from a judges perspective.. How do you see the choreo of your group if you're looking at someone's nose ring. What a disappointment.

Respectfully, I don’t think the viewers have much right to complain about homestead’s livestream when it’s one of the highest quality streams offered in the country and is *completely free*. Maybe if Homestead was charging a fee like lots of other contests do nowadays (nothing wrong with that), or the stream quality was subpar, but neither of those are the case. Thank you homestead for providing such an incredible stream free of charge.

I will say, you're exactly right. They're not for Show Choir at all. Obviously Homestead does stream it for people to be able to watch family and friends perform, but it's the student media team that runs the show, and they use it in their own competitions and contests. I would have to agree that it sucks from a show choir aficionado's perspective, but like Nathan said, its "completely free" and the quality is very high.

Personally, I remember being so excited to see my friends and I performing close up. So many livestreams you cant even make out who is who unless you have blocking memorized LOL. The Homestead Media Team KILLED that. Thank you guys for running such a smooth livestream and providing BOTH venues!! Those kids work all day and I could hear and see everything perfectly. As a fan, we have plenty of opportunities to see a pulled back version of a show and they’re always posted to youtube later in the season. I look forward to seeing some of the formations more then, but nothing beats seeing the raw emotion the performers are using on stage.
