I'm so excited for this competition. It's less than a month away. I can't wait. I know I'm going to say that about a million times on here but I really don't care because it's true. This is going to be the best competition of our season. I looking forward to seeing Maysville, I haven't seen them yet this year. I can't wait to see Happiness Incorporated and Pleasant Hill again. Both of their shows are amazing. I saw Happiness at Milton and Linn-Mar. You guys look like your having the time of your lives out there on the stage. You have really good facial expression. You guys are so nice. Your yellow jackets make me happy. They rock. Pleasant Hill's show made my jaw drop when I saw them at Hastings. They have so many levels and lights. I like the trampolines the best. Whoever those two guys are that do those flips at the end of your show are amazing. I can't wait to meet everyone. I'll be cheering on Pleasant Hill and Happiness while were there.

I'm UBER excicted!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I don't even care about the long bus ride.
I just want to see other groups and meet a whole bunch of show choir people!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
;) ;) ;) ;)

I'm so excited to come back this year!!! I can't wait to see my Clinton buds again. Aren't they hosting this again? I love this venue. It'll be different to perform on different stages, but I'm up for new things.

Good luck everyone!

When Showstoppers was in Nashville, it was held at the Acuff Theatre for a while. It is an incredible venue and very "show choir friendly".

The Acuff is my old theater in my Opryland Days before the Park was closed. It is probably one of the best Theaters most Show Choir Competitions could ever be held in. HUGE!!!!!!

ahhh...i am still kind of irked that the preliminary rounds arent goint to be in the Grand Ole' Opry....but it can't be helped...and i guess like Ana said, it IS more incentive to make finals....

So... basically like the ride to Hogwarts? " border="0" alt="laugh.gif" />

Wow, I never thought of it that way...but without compartments and with lots of portable DVD players, kinda, yeah!

I'm not sure how long ours was last time we went...I wanna say ten hours or less. But last year when we took the train to New York it was eighteen hours and the best time of my life -- like a bigger bus that fit everyone with more leg room and a snack car, honestly. I love bus rides.

Anyway, we're leaving at midnight on Wednesday after we take early finals because we're missing ours.

That's how long our bus ride was from Cleveland, OH to Branson, MO ( in 2003)... We had to have pit stops

hmm So judging if you leave at Approx. midnight you'll get there at 5pm? wow! I'm not sure when I'm gonna go... Thursday-Saturday? I know Friday is prelims and finals are saturday... hmm...

We are leaving after school on Wednesday, which is about 2:00, and we will be getting there around 6 AM on Thursday. This will be the longest bus ride ever, and I am so excited for it!
