Have you? I have no idea, lol. Very possible though.

What year did you graduate? I would LOVE to make it down to this competition!!

I graduated from highschool in 2006. I have yet to graduate from "CenterStage!". " border="0" alt="laugh.gif" /> I performed with them all through high school and now I play one of the keyboards in the band. This is my last year as I am transfering to a distant college in the fall. dry.gif You should come to this competition for sure! There will be so many great shows!

One thing I have to say is that when Edgewood was competing at Troy, we were almost 10 people short because of basketball and other commitments. Nevada had competed before Troy while it was Edgewood's first time out. Edgewood's show, like many, has made DRASTIC changes and improvements. I have been an alum for 3 years now and I watch almost every show from the crowd and I will not be surprised with a Grand Champion nor would I be surprised with a 4th Runner Up. I find it awkward that people find it surprising that Edgewood, a school of 850, has three working and competing show choirs. I guess it is just common for me, but New Edition, Sophisticated Ladies, and Music Warehouse have all be competing and winning since I was young.

Albertville high school has about 850 - 900 students as well. The fact that your school has 3 show choirs is phenominal! That's like 1/5 of the entire student body somehow invovled with show choir, right? It was great seeing "Music Warehouse" at FAME New York last year and I am very excited about seeing them again!

I think GC will go down to either Albertville or Pleasant Hill.

I hate to pull out the "who beat who" card. But Nevada was a good deal ahead of Edgewood at Troy and Pleasant Hill beat Nevada at Rock Bridge. Pleasant Hill's show is simply great this year.

I haven't had a chance to see Albertville yet; I have no doubt that they are amazing!

How many groups does Edgewood have? I know that I've heard of:

Edgewood "Music Warehouse"- Class AA?
Edgewood "Sophisticated Ladies"-Girls
Edgewood "New Edition"- Class A?

Anymore? Just guessing on some of the classes... Can't wait till Branson!

I'm thinkin Albertville is gonna grab GC here. They gave Clinton a run for their money, so I don'tsee why they wouldn't take it all here. Next, I'd probably put Edgewood, then Pleasant Hill.

Edgewood Music Warehouse will be there too. This one is a toss-up for Grand Champion.

Grand Champion could go to: Edgewood, Albertville, Crete, or Pleasant Hill.

Sophisticated Ladies is undefeated this year since they got their whole group together after girls basketball season.

I know there was already a forum for FAME Branson, but people were getting it confused with the Branson Show Choir Cup. I went to FAME's website and found this list of attending groups:

Albertville High School "CenterStage!"
Circle High School "Madrigals"
Crete Monee High School "Faces" & "Cavaliers"
Edgewood High School "Sophisticated Ladies" & "Music Warehouse"
North High School "Northern Lights"
Pleasant Hill High School "Hillside Singers"

I can't wait!!! This competition is so much fun! I just wish there were more groups competing this time. " border="0" alt="unsure.gif" />
