Vitality isn't eligible to make finals at Totino. Last year they changed up the rules to make both A and AA groups eligible since the number of competing choirs was down due to the weather.

That solves the debate, maybe Lincoln SW will make finals.

Mr. Temple--do you know/can you share how close Lincoln SW was from finals at Kennedy?

Vitality beat Lincoln SW this past weekend at CR Kennedy, so its really hard to call this one, especially not knowing how close they were to each other.

Any more predictions?
I haven't seen all of the groups yet, but I definitely think Bemidji and the Bloomingtons will do well :]

We're getting very excited about coming to Totino-Grace this weekend. It was very fun chatting with Ana and Mr. Voss this weekend at C.R. Kennedy. I even saw one of our room hosts when I was sitting on the bench outside the gym waiting for the daytime awards, but, alas, she didn't even say hello to me. I'll make sure to give her a hard time this weekend.

My mom and I were going to go to a competition on March 1st. So I looked up some competitions, and I wanted to go to this one. Now she says we're not going to any because she doesen't want to drive 5 hours, or for me to drive 5 hours

Good luck to all the groups in your rehearsals leading up to the 2008 Spectacular Bemidji is so excited to be coming again! We haven't missed one Spectacular! I am really excited to see The Current and Jefferson Connection- I missed both of these shows at Star Power, so I HAVE to see them at Totino.

Ok, I dont remember her name I think it starts with an "L" ?!?!! but the soloist in the gold jacket for the "Boy In New York City" Rocks!!! Her voice is awesome and so smooth and stylistic. She is one of my fav. parts of Totino's show- which is great!

I was also glad to chat with 2 of the totino moms who I just happened to be sitting next to on a flight to Nashville last March for nationals. It was nice to see them again....... THEN I found out one of them was the mother of my the soloist I wrote about above.

Anyways, good luck to all the groups, it's always great to be performing against such top notch groups!

Thanks in advance to Terry Voss and the Totino Grace team of directors, performers, parents, students, volunteers, etc. for always hosting a great competition!

-Kevin Chase

I quite enjoyed the 'Martha Stewart summer carnival-esque' food choices.

I also really loved the guy that was there two years ago walking around with the wheelbarrow full of flowers shouting, "Roses! Rrrrrroses!"

Will he be back this year?

They ARE TOO sweet!!!

Hi Katie!!! Waconia's hosts are Nikki Gaffner, Molly McCue, Katie Peters, and Brooke Walker- they're all Company seniors or juniors- Brooke is on here, I think she's the only one though.

Also, I'm glad like half the group lost stuff at your school. Awesome. Well done guys.

Just be glad Tim Mattson isn't hosting you.

sweet! those girls all are nice so we will have fabulous hosts
!

haha why is that?? (about tim)
