Hey Ana: I had emailed Terry last week about La Voce Ballo's performance time at the spectacular and he mentioned something about it being in the booklet or handbook they sent out. So after he told me our time, I figured I would check with Mr. Fettig and look at the booklet- but he never recieved one, and I haven't either.
If possible could we get that sent to us, also last year we recieved 2 which is nice, because we are seperate groups and travel seperatley so I would need info for both groups.

i am very hesitant about your bemidji placing. just because they didn't place high at waconia (which shocked A LOT of people!) doesn't mean they'll finish the same at spectacular. i thought they were amazing this past weekend. they are incredibly clean already and their singing is just phenomenal.... just my thought....
the past two years have been pretty interesting for spectacular results. i've seen both urbandale's and bemidji's shows. i'll make some very loose preictions (i haven't seen a lot of these groups)
GC - Bemidji
1st RU - Urbandale
2nd RU - CR Jefferson
3rd RU - Waconia
4th RU - Bloomington Jefferson
5th RU- Lincoln SW
This is such a fantastic competition... I'm sad I can't attend again. My cousin is getting married... and as much as we know that show choir is more important than life in general, I'd better attend to the wedding to please the fam.
My predictions-
Grand Champion- Urbandale
1st Runner Up- Bemidji
2nd Runner Up- Lincoln Southwest
3rd Runner Up- Bloomington Jefferson
4th Runner Up- Cedar Rapids Jefferson
5th Runner Up- Waconia
Best Vocals- Urbandale
Best Choreography- Urbandale
Best Band- Urbandale
I think the top two are pretty solid... but the last four could end up in any order.
less than 2 weeks wow this ones going to be a blast!! I cant wait to see urbandale and bemidji again. and waconias show was sweet... and both of the jeffersons will be there...oh man this is going to be too close

Not to worry...even if she's up there on the judges' platform she would never try to lobby other judges or try to sway anybody's opinion to help a group she works with though. That would be highly unethical.
Hey- thanks for the info. I know Anne, have chatted with her before so I didn't mean to imply that she would judge unfairly or anything, I just was wondering if it was true. Once you mentioned her doing thre critique, I remember last year she critiqued as well, and then judged finals i believe, so i had forgotten about that.
Again, would never say anything bad about Anne or her intengrity as a judge i think she is great!

ohh, totino. i miss your competition, and i am excited to return.
my cousin goes to totino grace, but isn't in show choir, so i force her to go to all of my competitons.
this time, it's a shorter drive.
