You know, i'm honestly completely befuddled as to why nobody has brought up Marysville's more-addicting-than-drugs cookies

Most likely, John Clark.

That's what I was guessing. Just wondering if there were any changes.

There's something funny about this typo in a sentence about safety.

edit: or maybe it's just me

How the security forces will act when auditorium reaches maximum capacity

Do you know who will be judging best performer?

Email with Judges were sent:

"The judges are Michael Crandall, David Moellenkamp, Kathrine Kouns and David Legg.

Your group will also receive a critique after your performance from either Shane Coe or Alex Hall.
And finally, you will get a handy dandy DVD of your performance with a LIVE critique by Randy Sage."

We will try our very best to get as many students in the auditorium for finals and the Marysville performance as possible, but, safety is our fist priority.

Personally, I don't want to predict this. Predicting a competition takes the fun out not knowing how daytime awards will go. Like, I know that you don't already know before hand, but you won't have the "I expected that" feeling. At least that's how I feel.

/end rant,
Garret

Because I can't actually, this will stand for my second upvote #GoGarret

I'm so excited to see the caliber of the groups performing this weekend! I can't even begin to predict an outcome...definitely a competition to be at if you aren't planning on going already!

So, along with a live stream through the internet using UStream, there will also be a projector in the gymnasium with the stream pulled up. Due to a large amount of students in the auditorium in finals last year, paying guests will have first priority all day and night. We will try our very best to get as many students in the auditorium for finals and the Marysville performance as possible, but, safety is our first priority.

Santa always said to clear up rumors that are posted. (or now deleted) Can't wait to see what Ohio show choirs are up to this Saturday!

Merry Christmas again,
Lanoue

P.S.- Mr. Lanoue is my father. I'm not that old. Hahaha

Thank you for bringing up the topic of the time switch between Van Buren and Twinsburg. About a week ago, I received an email from the Van Buren director asking if we could switch times with them due to several of his performers needing to play in a basketball game that afternoon. We were happy to help Van Buren out, as we too, have had situations where we have students with conflicts.

I appreciate the discussion, and I am flattered that you think I have bargaining powers beyond other directors (be careful... it might go to my head), but we simply are helping out another group we respect.

Merry Christmas,
Lanoue

Twinsburg and Van Buren have switched times. Twinsburg is now at 3:15 and Van Buren is now at 1.

Any reason for that?

Not gonna lie I'm legit conflicted because I would go to NYC for the day but then I couldn't see Fairfield and Solon livestreamed... And it's actually a tough decision.

While I know this will be an amazing competition, I am most excited about getting to see Marysville perform.

This was always my favorite performance of the year and seeing how well Marysville has done this season, I can only imagine how awesome this performance will be.
