You know those are my sentiments exactly. One could also use a municipal auditorium in Putnam County for things like graduations (so we wouldn't have to graduate in another county although we love Kanawha County), Band Concerts, Church Crusades, Concerts, among many other events. I think someone should levy for something like that. It would always be in use!!! They could build onto (up another story) one of those empty corner stores in Liberty Square. they already have the parking lot!

How much room will we have backstage?  Why don't they design an auditorium in these new schools that will comfortably meet the drama and show choir needs?  We have plenty of room right beside our cultural center to expand and build a big auditorium, but we will be getting a larger commons area, office space, classrooms, and probably a library like Hurricane's addition.  " border="0" alt="unsure.gif" />

Anyone know why St. Albans dropped out?  I was looking forward to hearing them again.  Are they competing at States? " border="0" alt="huh.gif" />

Man Joy, you said it. You'd think with three show choir powerhouses like Hurricane, Winfield, and Poca, Putnam County could cough up the money for a community auditorium or something. A place where we could all share and hold like a "Putnam County" Show Choir Competition or something...that'd be great!

Are you all going to Hanover? We saw you at MusicFest (but didn't compete against you...and by the way that was an awesome competition!!! You all outdid yourselves!) We see you this Saturday and then at States. Of course Just4Show.

I am so glad that Winfield and Poca have bonded in the last couple of years. It's great knowing we truly "love our "neighbors" as we love ourselves". Wonder if Putnam County will ever go the way so many other WV counties have gone and consolidate into one big Putnam County High School? What kind of Show Choir would that one be? (Let alone what it would be like in Sports)

Does Hurricane have an auditorium? I don't remember seeing a "cultural center" at their school.
