Norwalk's ballad... Female soloist was awesome!

This gym is toasty.

Westwood's ballad soloist destroyed the gym. Everyone was looking around at each other in awe. It was fantastic.

Millard South took me by surprise. Very good show.

Manteno was *fire emoji*. So much active choreography.

Roosevelt and ralston were great too.

Lewis Central is about to perform. And then Norwalk. Then an exhibition. Then daytime awards!

Are all Tiers and Womens eligible for Finals?

All tiers are eligible, but I don't know about women's in particular. I would assume so.

Excited to finally get my show choir fill this weekend!

Unfortunately, everyone I know that is going are planning on not staying for finals. Which means I'll probably end up staying and watching them alone. So if you're around, find me and say hi!

Good luck to everyone! I'm very excited to see a few groups I never have, like Manteno, Roosevelt, and DMC!

We are so excited to see u guys too! I wish your group the best of luck!

DMC School's, "Light, Inc." is extremely excited to attend this competition this weekend! For me, it will be a mini-reunion, as I went to Millard South and worked at Blair HS during college! I'm personally looking forward so seeing groups I haven't seen since moving to Iowa 5 years ago!

For me, it will be my last show choir competition as the full time DMCS choir director. It will definitely be bittersweet!

We said a prayer last night at rehearsal for all of the competing groups this weekend, particularly the ones attending Bishop Heelan. Prayers for good health, strong vocals, and strength physically. We can't wait to see everyone giving it their all!

The battle for the last few finals spots is going to be very interesting. I cannot remember the last time Westwood missed finals at Heelan; it rarely happens. Ralston and Blair have done very well at Heelan in recent seasons as well while LeMars has struggled here a bit.

I'm scheduled to work this day but I'm trying to switch shifts so I will be able to attend! Fingers crossed!

Tri-Center is not attending anymore due to a speech conflict.

Sorry I forgot to put that in my initial schedule change!

No worries, thank you for the schedule!

Thank you so much for getting the schedule on here, Mrs. Augustine!! Literally I just got ridiculously excited when I logged on and saw there were posts in this topic because I knew there would be a schedule! haha

Heelan is always the first competition of the season that LeMars goes to and I'm very excited to (hopefully) be there to watch my niece and cheer on my former group!

This is looking to be a very solid line up! I look at the schedule and I see at least 9 groups I would not be surprised to see in finals.

Does this mean that Tri-Center will be moving to the 11:40 spot where Denison-Schleswig was?
