Kennedy will be there, but from their fall preview they shouldn't be a threat to win
I bet the same could be said for ANY of the groups attending this competition. Fall previews are just that... previews of what is to come. Held normally in November/December a good chunk of time BEFORE the most crucial rehearsal hours that lead up to competitions. Those weeks before competition season shows change, choreography really starts to come together, vocals become more about artistry rather than just making sure everyone has their part down, and the band goes from zero to hero. Costumes, crew, props, are all added and make a world of difference. I would not count Kennedy out... especially because supposedly that is the school you are a fan of.
love that this competition is early in the year so I am able to go to it while on Christmas break instead of driving 2 hours and wasting a lot of money on gas PS. super excited what Sands has done with prairie this year! they have been pretty fantastic since under his direction. I was in his final year at Kennedy and i realized today that was almost four years ago... I FEEL OLD AND I AM ONLY A SOPHOMORE IN COLLEGE!

Hello everyone, we are excited to host the third annual Prairie "Premiere" show choir invitational here at Prairie High School on January 10th, 2015! The competition and performances will take place in our state-of-the-art Concert Hall. As always, the competition will take place in one round with no finals and following each performance, groups will be treated to a 45 minute interactive clinic with our esteemed clinicians. Final awards will be held in the south gym at 8:30.
Admission will be $12 for adults and $10 for students (K-12) and senior citizens. Professional DVDs and photos will be available for purchase shortly after each group's performance. Concessions will be served all day and evening in our cafeteria.
We have a great lineup of groups attending and we hope you consider joining us for an amazing day of show choir!
