Jeffrey Peckham (MMus, BME) is in his thirty-seventh year of directing choirs in the public schools in the state of Colorado. Jeff received his degrees from the University of Northern Colorado, and went on to direct choirs in Aurora, Castle Rock, and Colorado Springs. Jeff is also the past chair of the Colorado All-State Jazz Choirs and has been on the board of the Colorado All-State Choir, and the Colorado Music Educators’ Association. Jeff currently directs the choirs and is Performing Arts Department Chair at Palmer High School in Colorado Springs and his choirs have performed in Disneyland, New Orleans, and Carnegie Hall in New York, as well as for several community groups around the Pikes Peak Region. He is currently an on-air host at Jazz 93.5 in Colorado Springs. Jeff is an active clinician, composer, and arranger of contemporary a cappella music, and his charts have been performed around the world. He has received the Rotary Diamond Award, and the Colorado Springs Chorale Society Peak Performance Educator Award. Jeff plays keyboard, guitar, and bass, and has led worship in several churches in Colorado. He is a member of ASCAP, ACDA, NAfME, and CMEA. Jeff is married to Kristi, and has a son, Ethan and a daughter, Mackenzie.
