Kevin Duggan is a freelance composer, arranger and clinician based in Madison, WI. From 2013-2022, Duggan also directed award-winning show choirs and bands at Mazzuchelli Catholic MS and Wahlert Catholic HS in Dubuque, IA. From 2023 to 2024, he co-directed “Midwest Legacy”, the show band for “Midwest Express” in Holmen, WI.
He began writing and arranging music in 2010, and his first original a cappella choral work, "O Redemptor", was published in 2013 following its premiere by the Loras College Chamber Choir (Dubuque, IA). Duggan has since published and arranged numerous titles for a wide variety of musicians and performance groups.
Over the years, Duggan has been fortunate enough to study under esteemed vocal and choral educators including Dr. Lonny Bond and Valerie Oyen of Belmont University (Nashville, TN) and Dr. Bruce Kotowich and Sandy Eichel of Loras College. Countless other teachers, mentors, and professors have shaped his life as a musician and composer.
Duggan spends most of his days arranging for dozens of show choirs all across the US. When he's not working, he enjoys spending time with his dog, Stevie Nicks, while watching the Philadelphia Eagles, the Chicago Cubs, and the Wisconsin Badgers. (Fly Eagles Fly, Go Cubs Go, and On Wisconsin!)
