nitro will not be attending because they have a swim meet the night before and it was rediculous to have them drive up 4 hrs on there own after there swim meet and it would make them getting there early the morning of the competition ...meaning they would hardly get any sleep and they may not preform to their capabilitys so the director decited to just cancel to make it easier on the swim team members...theres more like 4 members on the swim team not 11 i think? i could be wrong though!

WE HAVE AN OPENING!

We've had a last minute cancellation. Nitro will not be attending. That means we have an opening at 8:30AM. If any group is interested, their director call me at:

216-475-8100 x8373

That really suprises me, they would have done fairly well at GH this year. As seeing the results of Bcreek and Poca. Hmm, any known reasons??

Prospect is a very good vocal group I would NOT count them out of the running quite yet. I would look for them to come from the underdog and surprise ALOT of you guys.

Have they been anywhere yet this year?

Marysville- I think they should be the favored choir. What concerns me is the EARLY performance time, the long drive up, and if they perform last in finals it's the longest day ever. They WILL make finals. But it will be a rough day. I am concerned that they may slip. Plus who knows how their morale will be after their results after some very tough competitions.

Teays Valley- Like I have said I am very critical of TV. They could be GC's or 3rd RU. I think they will do well and I really think they have a chance to come out swinging. They have motivation to beat some in-state rivals.

Medina- They have the judge's sense of style on their side. I think they will do well (top 3) in this competition. I have heard they are very good. Plus home field advantage.

Solon- I have heard they are very good. Don't be surprised to see them sneak into the top placements. Also, home field advantage.

Beavercreek- They have had some rough times in the recent past but I look forward to seeing if they can pull off a finals appearance.

Prospect- Don't know much about them but it looks like a lot of people think they will be making finals.

Nitro- They beat Piqua and have a GC but I really don't know what to expect.

A GOOD GROUP WILL BE LEFT OUT OF FINALS

My Predictions:

GC: Marysville
1RU: Medina
2RU: TV
3RU: Solon
4RU: Nitro

Prediction:

GC: Teay's Valley
1RU:Marysville
2RU: Medina
3RU: Prospect Mixed
4RU: Beavercreek

Best Vocals: Marysville
Best Choreo: Teays Valley
Best Band: Medina

I think that Marysville will bounch back from their finish at Findlay and perform on point.. But I could see 3-5 spots all being inerchangeable... But I hear TV is very good this year!!! Good luck to all!!!

Honestly I think this is the closest prediction that I've seen so far. This wouldnt be surprising to me at all, but this is going to be a great competition!!! I can't wait :-D
