Here's for Haakon. first, I didn't dislike this post. But I'll say the most likely reason. It is probably because you have ETC above Marysville. I love ETC people and their show is good. But I've seen both Marysville and ETC and groups they've competed against. Marysville definitely has it over ETC. There could be other reasons, but I do not know about other groups going here other than that Carmel has amazing vocals at least in past years.

A lot of it is has to do with when you saw ETC . The young people in that group had to rebuid there show in less then 60 days. Every week has been a massive improvement . I do find it funny that most predictions that have them scoring well gets thumbs down and most of the those prediction do not come from ETC. The one ETC person that posted was Abbeys brother and he really knows what this group and Abbey have gone through this year. ETC is having a pretty special year including last week when they came from third to first. I truly can't wait to see them and all the other Choirs this coming week because no matter what the results they have already won.

I was about to post all the current stats and wins ETC has this year, and their results at Fairfield last year, but I'll let the over-analytic reader take care of that.

All I'm going to say: Watch out for Team Abbey, and watch out for ETC. They mean business.

ETC has a show that will touch everyone who watches and listens. It's what show choir is all about.

I think all of the people who downrate people's predictions should instead make a post explaining what they disagree with and the reasons behind it instead of being anonymous dicks.

First off, I just died laughing.

But, it's hard to say, "Hey, I don't like your predictions because I don't like where you put my choir." It's impossible to sound objective.

I would love to see Marysville pull the win here with both vocals and choreo mainly because it hasn't happen since 2005 I believe, however, Carmel has some excellent vocals! Best of luck to all!

My thoughts exactly. I think Marysville will probably get choreography, but Carmel is so solid in the vocal department that it will be a daunting task. Marysville is very good vocally too, though, so anything can happen. Personally though, pulling for Marysville

Less than a week!!!
Now, I know no one goes to a Show Choir competition for the food, right??? That said, the Fairfield Crystal Classic has enjoyed the reputation of having one of the best cafeteria's on the competition circuit and this year is no exception. Chick fil-A will be back with us serving biscuit sandwiches in the morning, Nuggets and sandwiches at lunch (both spicy and reg) and they will also have their shake machines fired up. This year, they will also do ice cream cones. Cracker Barrel will join the breakfast menu with a biscuit sandwich as well. This year, we are utilizing some Cincinnati favorites on the menu. LaRosa's Pizzaria will make their debut with slices of cheese of pepperoni. Skyline Chili will also join us serving cheese coney's and their famous 3-way, 4-way, and 5-way. This year, we will also introduce Hot Head Burrito Bowls and tacos. This will be the large or small burrito bowls with your choice of meat, rice, cheese and sauce. Back this year is the Loaded Baked Potato bar, Burgers, chicken salad croissant, taco salad, nachos, and more. Otis will once again be selling his delicious cookies and cheesecake and brownies will round out our dessert choices. Coke Products will be the beverage choice.
YUM!

Chick-Fil-A at a show choir competition!? Ha! But I do approve of LaRoasas!

Finalists Predictions:

Carmel
Edgewood
ETC/Dekalb
Huntington North
Loveland
Marysville

Either ETC or Dekalb will take last spot. ETC hasn't beaten too many large groups other than Auburn. Dekalb hasn't either but has beaten Carroll and Bishop Luers.
