Are you sure it has ever happened? All I remember is tying at Lewis Central and getting best choreography and best band and Westside won with the tie braker of best vocals. As far as I can remember, SW hasn't beaten Westside. Unless you are talking Nebraska gropus as a whole then I don't have all that information and have no clue.
