MANNN. This one's gunna be epic. I don't suppose anybody's figured out the logistics of streaming yet? *hopeful smile*

We haven't had it in the past and I would bet against having it this year

Can we make a "roll call" list of who from SCC is going? I know of like 5 people going, myself included. We should all meet up and hang out and talk show choir... just joking... why would we talk show choir at a show choir competition? (also, just joking about the just joking).

Urbandale and Wheaton the two biggest competitions in the Midwest this year and happiness inc is attending both! So excited to perform along side some of the nations best!

No offense meant here, but Wheaton will be the competition of the year. This will be a GREAT competition, but it doesn't even come close to Onalaska 04.

I will give you that, Wheaton's competition will be great this year, and a competition might not come near Onalaska 04 ever. It's one of The competitions of the year.

I would say they are pretty close but I would probably have to agree with you with a group like clinton making a rare appearance. Imagine Wheaton with a few more of the groups they had last year still being there such as Westside and Totino.

This is going to be The Competition of the year, this is going to be almost as epic as Onalaska 2004.

I'm trying to get my wife to give me the green light for us to go to this competition, so many amazing groups but such a long drive for one day. My wife now teaches at Southwest where we both are alumni from and we would really like to see how Resonance stacks up a lot of your midwest powerhouse groups this year, hopefully they can come close

Wimps :-P That's hardly a long drive. I've done WAY farther from Lincoln for one-day competitions. Great River was over 6 hours and I did that twice. FAME Chicago took about 10 with all the detours I had to take to pick up friends. And like I said I did Urbandale just for finals once, and it wasn't even quite the same caliber of groups. The only thing is it tends to snow that weekend for some reason, so if you're going to do all day and finals I'd just get a hotel room or else stock up on coffee.

I made the drive one year from Lincoln to Urbandale just for finals. It was WELL worth the trip! Not a bad drive at all. It goes fast (you can speed in western Iowa).

Well with that said, I might just have to try and make it over there

Oh my gosh, this sounds like an amazing line up... why do I have to be 2 1/2 hours away?!?! D:
