Bellmont beat Fairfield, New Castle and Dwenger a week ago. They sound better than they have as long as I remember.

I have seen Dekalb, Plainfield, New Castle, Belmont, and East Noble's shows and did not expect the outcome I heard. Unbelievable!

Why are all the really huge groups at ISSMA not doing well, what happened to make some fall so far from the top? This is the placement from ISSMA's site for large single gender groups.

Northridge is very excited about Saturday's competition! Both our groups are hoping to bring their best to the stage and leave smiling big We have been thrilled to be steadily improving each season. Last year Northern Lights (mixed) got Best Vocals & 1RU - and Starlights (ladies) got 4RU, in just their second year of competition. This year we've been fortunate to have had a very strong season. There are some incredible choirs, and we're honored to be part of the state competition!

State's impossible to predict because state makes no sense. LOL...I still remember a few years ago when our girl's group went in with 3rd place scores qualifying them for state, and then got a 50/200 from a choreo judge and got dead last the day of.

if last year is any indication, this MIGHT be the year DeKalb loses their crown...Northridge came very close last year and they sound great. DeKalb hasn't had their best year this year.
