I know the midwest has about a month of show choir under their belt, but Burbank Blast was the first competition for many groups in California and the shows are still at the beginning of a long journey of evolution. If you're talking about how the caption judge got all the names for the best performers in all the choirs then it's because we ask for all the choirs to send one parent/chaperone that knows everyone in the choir to go sit next to the judges so that when the judge asks for the name of a certain performer they can tell them the name.
