I wouldn't count Bonita Vista out either..

I have a feeling Bonita Vista is in the small mixed division, as I already mentioned... gosh, Patrick.

Solid lineup. Hopefully the webcast will be free, although it's unlikely. I'd predict the finalists to be, in no order:

Findlay
Marysville
Clover Hill
Los Alamitos
Ben Davis

with Medina/Plainfield not far behind.

I found a mixed schedule! My assumption is that everything pre-lunch is small mixed, and everything after lunch is large mixed. However, with Poca before lunch and Plainfield after lunch, I'm not so sure. Should be a great day! Looks like Tupelo and Tarpon Springs dropped out, though...

Somerset "Electrify" (MA) - 8:00am
Davis "Jazz Choir" (CA) - 8:30am
Bishop Dwenger "Summit Sound" (IN) - 9:00am
Bonita Vista "Music Machine" (CA) - 9:30am
Northridge "Northern Lights" (IN) - 10:00am
Poca "Visual Volume" (WV) - 10:30am
Norwell "Knight Moves" (IN) - 11:00am
Mataoca "High Impact" (VA) - 11:30am
Preble "Center Stage" (WI) - 12:00pm
LUNCH BREAK
Medina "Encore Entertainment Company" (OH) - 1:15pm
Los Alamitos "Sound FX" (CA) - 1:45pm
Marysville "Swingers Unlimited" (OH) - 2:15pm
Plainfield "Belles et Beaux" (IN) - 2:45pm
Ben Davis "Premieres" (IN) - 3:15pm
Clover Hill "New Dimensions" (VA) - 3:45pm
Findlay "First Edition" (OH) - 4:15pm

Remember, 5 large mixed finalists, 4 small mixed.

That's a lot of money! Does this mean there will be 5 LM and 4 SM finalists? I'd love to see a 6th LM finalist (and class divisions)...

Does it really matter if the comp is on "anyone's map"? I mean, I'm pretty sure it'll be fun, intense, and hard-fought no matter what... ;)

There sure is a lot of groups going to this competition, but I'm still missing one HUGE name school to make this a great competition. Groups like Clinton, Powerhouse, Wheaton, or Burbank.

Btw on Mr. Last's bio you spelled Xhilaration wrong

Wheaton is a HUGE name already? lol. I mean Findlay will be there.... what are you talking about

yeah i feel like at this point no one is adding this competition to their list. I feel that the list is locked in. But still there are many good groups there Ben Davis, Findlay, Marysville, Los Alamitos just to name a few! Wish I could go!!
