Its just a bow, why does your choreographer have to do it?

We didn't do bows because the snow delayed Andy coming into town, so when he finally did arrive a week later, everything was rushed and we had very little time. He's coming this week and that's when he'll give both groups (Touch of Swing and Captial Swing) bows.

Yea i will say a little pray for yall ...does anyone know why manchester didnt do a bow ? I thought it was wierd but O well ... ya our set lets see its taken 3-5 weeks to build it and make sure its all good. CHoreo needs to be cleaned like ALWAYs and vocals need to be stepped up but thats really all we have to do.

I wouldnt say our show is incredible (sp) ... but its fun to do so that always counts and since we arent Attache or Petal i doubt we would ever please Ryan.

So Blake the girls inour show said yalls girls are talking a lot of smack of wanting to beat us this year. They were saying about how yall have skirts but you pull a string and they become long dresses and all this stuff ... i thought it was funny.

Solos suck!!!

That would piss me off, specially since the only thing even remotely close I got to a solo was the Understudy for Mickey Mouse my sophmore year. This year Basically all the Solos go to Juniors (Willie and myself) and the Understudies to Seniors (with exception to Jen and Joe)

" border="0" alt="laugh.gif" /> Well on a more caring note, Today Sudden Image ran the set with the band, the costumes, and the partially finished set, it was incredible, we still got work to do, but man....Bird all the way this year.

Yeah this will be the hardest competition of the season for VA schools.

and the MD school!

...ha yeah i'd laugh if we placed... not that we're bad... there's just no measuring up to some of these choirs...

QUOTE
Off topic its intresting to see a lot of schools doing novelty numbers this year ... not a lot of groups do them around here except CH

churchill's novelty number is 'coffee in a cardboard cup' -- so far, the audience has been eating it up, hopefully the judges will too!

!!!!!!!!!!! CUT THE KICKS !!!!!!!!!!!!!! THe song is sold through vocals with facials ... plus you have a holding mic therefore the kicks dont look right. You need to do more with that arm ... such as bring it up, point, throw it out, etc.

!!!!!!!!!!! CUT THE KICKS !!!!!!!!! You arent on the chorus line and this isnt a huge production and therefore kicks DONT look right.

Good, cause that was what I did as soon as I got home was practice using more space for NY, NY instead of just standing there and moving occasionaly with a few kicks.
