It was a pyschowicked AWESOME day...so thanks Totino!!

I was so happy to make finals, because we were far from our best in prelims. Finals were so much fun, and it was the first time all year that we've shown the energy and excitement that our show contains. I know I really could've cared less about the placements, because that was the most fun I've had in show choir in all of my years!!

jazzers04, drama? in show choir? never! " border="0" alt="laugh.gif" /> just kidding! so what kind of drama? now i'm curious! hey, congrats on an awesome show! i hadn't seen you since milton, and you guys've definitely improved since then! i'm a personal fan of your closer.... gee i wonder why!
but anyway! totino, my darlings, i love you all! we had a blast and holy cow we were biting our nails just to make finals! i have to second everyone from my group who said that we honestly didn't care what we placed! i think the satisfaction of leaving the stage and being able to say "i couldn't have given any more" is worth more to me than any trophy, and we were just happy to be able to redeem ourselves after our crappy prelim performance! again, awesome job guys!
hey milton choralation, i saw you guys in the hotel the morning after totino! it was funny to wake up, go to breakfast in my riverside sweatshirt, and be surrounded by milton folk! " border="0" alt="laugh.gif" /> peace!

Wow! I guess I'm the second person from north to comment! eh! everyone IS still sleeping cuz I sure did wake up! Ugh..that was the 'worst' bus ride home ever!! " border="0" alt="blink.gif" /> ....Anwho....I just want to say thanks to totino for such an awesome competition! Ane despite the drama that was going on...hmm...I'm glad we could all come together and put our differences aside for 20 minutes!! thanks guys!

Also..thanks to everyone that was so supportive of our show...it means alot to many of us!

First, Davenport, I was pulling all the way for you!  I was so happy you took GC.  Your show was great to watch!

2nd RU: Bemidji-I was even more happy to watch you get Best Choreography!  your vocals rocked too.  IT was about time you beat Waconia this year.  Nothing against Waconia, but come on no way waconia should ever beat Bemidji.  Bemidji is not "flashy" they are real on and off the stage.  I think Damon Brown show choirs are too "fake and flashy" where as Onalaska, Mt. Zion, Bemidji....just to name a few, are real.  Sorry, no disrespect meant, just want to add my thoughts.

Anyway, I want to keep this (+) so congrats to Hastings too!  WONDERFUL SHOW!

Jill

I don't know.. sometimes.. I think people should keep their thoughts to theirselves.. or.. private.. so not EVERYONE can read them. Because there are people from every group on here that read comments like that. And it's a big downer.

Well, I was really really happy to have made finals. Our prelim show did not go well, so I was nervous about making finals. But we performed our show (I think) the best we ever have, and I felt SO good after our performance. Right after we got off stage we were telling eachother, "I don't care what place we get, that was awesome!" I felt that way too, but I couldn't help being at least a little bit dissapointed at getting 6th. But it doesn't matter, we know we did our best and we don't need a ginormous trophy to tell us that!

I really, really wish I would've watched finals! I've only seend Davy North and Eau Claire before. I guess I'll have to wait for the DVD to see everyone else!

well~looks like I'm the first from Hastings to post on here!!! I just want to say THANK YOU to Totino for putting on such an awesome competition!!! the food was great(esp. dinner ) and the smoothies were wonderful!!!!! hehe... also a shout out to Riverside's amazing hosts-Carrie, Abby, Marco, and Jake!!! I had tons of fun yesterday!!! I was happy with our 6th place because our prelim performance did not go well, and during our finals performace we kicked majorly-I was so proud of our group because we have never performed our show so well! It was the greatest feeling to finally finish the show with everyone happy-so it didnt matter what place we got for once finally!!! thats all I got!!! " border="0" alt="laugh.gif" /> besides that I LOVE TOTINO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Best soloist....

And apparently, I'm the first from North to comment here...a lot of other people are still sleeping, it was a long drive home.

First of all, I want to say a gigantic thanks to everyone at the competition. Performers, volunteers, parents, and especially our host school!!! Our hosts were great (YAY PAT #1!) and our room was so fun.

Secondly, congratulations to EVERYONE who gave it their all yesterday. The competition was so close. I don't think we've ever tried so hard in all our life.

Third...I don't know what people thought of our behavior when we won...I know it's usually an issue about how groups that win act, too rowdy, blahdy blah, but um....We were so excited. If a group was ever happy to win....there it was. All composure was lost. Gotta believe in The Moose.

And last....I have to say again, Totino has been my favorite competition of the year. I love everything about it!!

Thanks again!!!
