I'm pretty sure that this year they attended Altoona Locopalooza. The results are listed as Onalaska Express winning second place and two caption awards. I think the Onalaska choirs got mixed up because Hilltoppers is not listed as attending and Express wouldn't be at a competition without Hilltoppers. Considering 2001 Express is a prep group and only has two other competitions listed (one they got 5th, and then placement unknown) I don't think it's possible that they won second and BC BB at Altoona. It would be reasonable to assume that this was Hilltoppers

Thanks for commenting! I tried to look back and see who submitted that event to the database, and I cannot seem to find it. Express did also make finals at Sauk Prairie that year and had choreography by Dwight Jordan, so I would counter with the claim that it is possible to take second and Best Choreography at a competition that had some smaller programs. Ultimately, I think it is going to be one of these cases where unless we have definitive proof the other way, what we have is what we have.
