Mrs. Kennard is new to judging show choir. She recently retired from Chillicothe City Schools (OH) after 34 years of teaching at Chillicothe High School. While at CHS she was director of the Cavalites show choir, and choreographer for the yearly musical. She is a certified OMEA judge, clinician, accompanist, and OMEA's outstanding music educator of the year for 2018. Her Symphonic Choir consistently received superior ratings at OMEA state contest.
