Jena Adrianson
Jena Adrianson holds a degree in Music Education from the University of Indianapolis and a Master of Arts in Music from Ball State University. She has taught choir in Indianapolis at both the middle school and high school level. Jena began her teaching career in her hometown of Marion, Indiana where she taught middle school and high school and directed the Marion High 26th Street Singers before moving to Indianapolis. She has since taught at Decatur Central High School, served as Alumni Director for the University of Indianapolis and retired in June 2012 as the Director of Choral Activities at Lawrence Central High School in Indianapolis where she taught for 21 years. Her show choirs have been named Grand Champion numerous times, earning caption awards for Best Vocals, Best Visuals, and Best Soloists.

Jena's experiences include performing and directing in local community theater and serving as a clinician and/or adjudicator throughout the Midwest. She has been honored with listings in Who's Who Among America's Teachers and Outstanding Young Women in America and is a twelve-time Honored Educator, chosen by Lawrence Central's Top 30 students. Since retiring, she enjoys reading, home projects, as well as reconnecting with friends. She and her husband are looking forward to adding travel to their schedule. A life-long educator, Jena still loves seeing the creativity and talent of directors and students and the musicianship they display...never ceasing to be amazed!
