Nancie Tobison has been teaching at Boulder Creek High School since Fall 2015. She retired in 2014 from a long successful career at Barrington High School in Suburban Chicago. She failed at retirement and is thrilled to be working with Kirk Douglas. Nancie was named a finalist for the Grammy Music Educator Award in 2015 and was honored by Choirs of America in 2014 on the stage at Carnegie Hall for her contributions to Choral Education. Her Choirs have performed at the Sydney Opera House, the White House, Seven European tours, Cuba and the Olympic Overture to both Beijing and London games.
