Tresa hails from Southwest Mo in a small town, just north of Joplin—Jasper, Mo. A 27-year veteran, Tresa has had a wide range of experience in directing choirs and Show Choirs throughout the Midwest. She has had Show Choirs perform in Florida, Indianapolis, Branson, Illinois, Iowa, and at many wonderful local show choir competitions. Her current choir has earned the right to sing in Nashville’s Grand Ole Opry in May.
Tresa has judged and been a clinician at many competitions over the years.
Tresa loves musical theater; having had lead roles in Peter Pan, Dirty Work at the Crossroads and Annie Get Your Guns.
Her greatest passion is in building Choir/Show Choir programs in smaller schools. Many of her show choirs from 1A and 2A schools have been awarded high placements, captions, and audience favorites.
