Mrs. Vanessa Parsons is a 2002 graduate of Northwest Missouri State University. She is currently the director of vocal music for Maryville High School (MO) where she conducts the Mixed Choir, Concert Choir, and Spectrum Vocal Ensemble. Other teaching responsibilities include Beginning Guitar and American Popular Music.
In her time away from the classroom Mrs. Parsons teaches private voice and piano lessons and co-directs MaryvilleYoungPlayers, and conducts the chancel choir at First United Methodist Church. Mrs. Parsons enjoys spending time with her husband Tye and daughters Lucy and Ellie.
