 As a choral educator, arranger and adjudicator for 25 years, Hersel has the unique ability to craft custom arrangements for your ensemble’s needs all while considering what is currently working and scoring very well on the competition circuit. He has experience writing new and exciting arrangements for all levels. Building the right chart is a collaboration between arranger and director.
With Hersel, you receive more than just a clinician who shows up at your school. He spends hours critiquing your video submission and arrives at your rehearsal with notes, comments, and ideas for your entire show written in your sheet music.
