Second, the judges were:
Jay Emrich-Visual
Jeni Donahue-Visual
Brenda Butler-Vocal

A huge thanks to all the choirs there today. It was a spectacular competition! Congratulations Carroll! Absolutely loved the show!

Lol Jared, I assume you know quite a bit about show choir but I especially figured you would know because it was Northridge and thanks for answering about the judges I miss you! I'm going to Homestead Showcase and Emceeing at HNHS will you be at either of those?

Okay,
Just wondering, who was judging here? (:

Also, (Jared will probably know this, lol) is Northridge still an ISSMA State qualifying site?

Okay,

And the only results that I know of

GC w/ BC Carroll
1ru w/BV Huntington North

Also, Huntington North was the GC Concert Choir.

Also, (Jared will probably know this, lol) is Northridge still an ISSMA State qualifying site?

From what I've been told:

They gave out GC awards for each division in the day show...the ones I know are:

Large single gender: Carroll Select Sound (only one in category)
Small single gender: I wasn't told but if it wasn't Norwell I'd be shocked!
Large mixed: Carroll
Small mixed: Norwell
I don't know concert choir or middleschool

Moving on to the night show (not sure of the order)

Single gender:
Carroll
Norwell
Fairfield (IN)

Mixed:
Carroll
Norwell
Huntington North
Lures
Fairfield (IN)

Hope that helps!

For those of you at this competition who weren't in the auditorium when the emcee made the announcement, the fire alarm was set off because the smoke from the hot dog stand set it off.

And I have to say, I respect everyone in this auditorium for being so supportive of Pendleton after the alarm went off during their show.

For those of you who have never been to this competition, I would strongly encourage you to check it out. I'm a recent graduate of Northridge and this is only our fourth year in our brand new, state-of-the-art auditorium. It is always a fun competition with a wide variety of groups that come each year. We are excited to host many new choirs this year as well as to have many choirs returning for their second, third, or even fourth year.

No problem. I had some time on my hands and I love reading predictions on here so I thought I'd help out to get it going

Bishop Luers does have two separate single gender groups competing this season, one is an all female group and the other is all male. However I'm unsure which is which. I think that "Reigning Knights" is the all male group. But I could be wrong.
