Hi, I was wondering out of the top three finalists, who has show choir as a class? I'm doing a persuassive speech project for my communications class. I appreciate it. thank you!

I would just like to say how impressed I was with all of the choirs! Everyone was really good which was awesome! I'd also like to say that everyone I met was awesome! Everyone was incredibly nice and it almost did not seem like a competition!

Wow! My predictions were off, but that's just part of the fun of show choir. Congragulations to everyone who competed at FAME Branson! And here's a shout-out to our Southern choir friends, South Jones and Jackson Academy. I have no doubt both of them put on great shows and represented the South well.

Thanks!

I wish Jenks would compete more. I know they're pretty far from most competitions, but every year they attend a FAME event and absolutely kill it.

Congratulations to Johnston and, the surprise of the competition IMO, Millard West for representing Iowa/Nebraska!

Thanks everyone for results/captions. Everything has been updated above. FAME usually gives out a bunch more captions, so feel free to keep adding, because I know there's more!

I found the women's results by piecing together different tweets. You just have to dig a lot.

PREDICTIONS:

GC: South Jones
1RU: Johnston
2RU: Jackson
3RU/Alternate: Jenks

I'm thinking it's going to be beneficial for your school name to start with a J at this competition.

Oh yes, that too (: lol it's going to be a really cool experience I think (:

Well, Arizona doesn't really have a circuit to begin with. Or if there are competitions, they aren't represented on here. It seems strange. There are a handful of show choirs in Arizona (Horizon, Notre Dame, Studio3, LIGHT, Willow Canyon) and in New Mexico (Eldorado, La Cueva, Sandia, Volcano Vista, etc.). NM has more than AZ, but I don't get why there aren't competitions in the Southwest. I mean, there's the NM State contest and La Cueva hosted a competition this year, but really, the Southwest schools truly could host competitions throughout the winter/spring. Someone needs to get the ball rolling...especially since I'm currently living in the grand canyon state.

But that's probably a discussion for the Southwest threads. I was just excited to see an Arizona student participating on here.

We do have somewhat of a circuit but again, it is the choirs you listed along with a few smaller novice choirs. But i agree with that we should have our competitions recognized more (:
