Kind of late/random, but does anyone know if there is a website for the Photographer that took the pictures at this competition?

Thanks!

The list is correct, but I think the first song is called "Lets go to the Movies."...

I'm not sure about the name of the first song but I'll try:

I Want To Go To Hollywood (?)
Hurray for Hollywood
Let's Go To The Movies
Somewhere Over The Rainbow
Under The Sea
You Take My Breath Away
Danger Zone

I think that's everything.

it's a movie/hollywood theme. they do different songs from various movies, like the wizard of oz, top gun, the little mermaid, and the MGM theme song. i don't have a total list of what songs because i didn't know all of them. it's very good, and they sing very well for such a small group! they also have this cool laser pointer effect in the closer and it's awesome! i really liked their show. can anyone list their songs?

St. Albans "Classix" have a great vocal sound and the ballad was outstanding as well as the soloist. The show is very entertaining.

All choirs did a great job at this competition. I felt it was a vocally strong competition..great job everyone! Also, congrats Dunbar "Singers" on you complete sweep!

The soloist in Over the Rainbow was incredible!! I have seldom seen a standing O after a solo. The show overall was very entertaining. Under the sea was good. The soloist for that was very animated and appeared to be really into it.

We had a great day. Congrats to Piqua and to all the other choirs there.

Congrats to all the groups that made finals!

I was just wondering if anyone had any comments on Cosby's Mixed Show Choir "Spotlight". I'm an alum of the group, so maybe I'm a little biased, but I was really surprised when they weren't called for finals.

Once again, congrats to everyone who was there!

I think Spotlight is just much different then a lot of groups that were there. While it would have ruled to have placed, it retrospect, it wasn't a matter of not being as good, it was just like comparing apples to oranges.

I am a show choir addict, so I was just THRILLED to be there surrounded by so many musically GIFTED young people!

Any comments on THE CLASSIX?

I loved Cosby's show, and thought it was really intense and entertaining.
Carry on Wayward Son and Welcome to the Black Parade were VERY well done, along with the stomping number.

I had a blast yesterday! Thank you, Poca, for hosting such a great event. The Charleston Civic Center was sweet! The competition was definitely a lot different than I've ever experienced, but it was well-run and organized.

As for everyone else, congratulations! I saw some good stuff out there! I hope to see you all later on in the season! Good luck for the rest of it!
