it's going to be a lot of fun seeing albertsville this year! we have yet to see a group from so far away, and it makes me curious about how other states do show choir. im sure they will put on an excellent performance, i cant wait!!
Solon's vocals..... Oh my gosh. I'm not even sure how it's physically possible for a group to sound like that. (Just watched their show on YouTube) I saw Clinton this past weekend and they sing every bit as well as Clinton. #jealous I don't think I like their closer costumes though The eye kind or creeps me out but I'm also getting a sensation of it's one of those "you have to be in the audience to see how cool it is" costumes.

Quick question to you: What exactly does the SCC staff do? I have always been curious. Do you help with the design of the website, or are you more of a thread monitor?
We are the people who add choirs to the competitions, like this one. We also moderately moderate these boards, and validate everyone's account, and more!
Anywhoo, I'm more than excited for this competition. I get to see a lot of old friends that I've made through show choir and people get to make fun of our accents. :b

I'm looking forward to people giving us feedback on our show this year. It gets kind of boring in the south seeing the the same 5 groups every weekend. The people that will be in the auditorium this weekend are surrounded by the best of the best every weekend and I am looking forward to hearing everyone's takes and opinions on our "non-traditional" style of show Hopefully we'll make finals and if we win, we win. I just want to entertain everybody to the fullest extent possible for the 25 minutes we have the stage
Solon and Albertville will be a good battle. Albertville is always a good group. They'll bring it in against Solon. I'll give Solon the slight edge though.
