Attache has some remarkable people associated with their group.. If you haven't already heard the story, Saturday night after our Finals performance, we had taken our that performed earlier in Finals (won't say which) left their trailor sitting in the loading/undloading area, so we couldn't back our trailor in.. So we all decided that we would just go change and watch awards, and that the other groups trailor would be gone by then.. So after awards, we go back downstairs to see that Clinton had loaded our trailor for us! I thought that was incredibly nice of them..

I totally agree!! At SCA, they were all so nice and polite! And at Opelika this year, I would (in my opinion) have to give them the most polite award! And their show...all I can say is WOW !!! Oh, how I wish that I could have seen them again at Homewood, but we were at Belmont ;)....but anyway, just wanted to say that they are always one of the nicest and most polite groups at competition, and I wish them success at Los Alamitos (is that tomorrow?)...Oh, and thank you to MVshow choir for uploading "Stand in the Rain" on youtube ;)....It is on my list of favorites online now....;)

I LOVE YOUR ALLS SHOW THIS YEAR! Opener and closer especially... This is the best choreography I've ever seen Jarad do.

Well Imaginations whole show this year was done by Chad Alexander.

The edit button is not working... I meant to say that we took our sets downstairs to load on the trailor, but we couldn't load them because of the other trailor...

I don't know why West Jones thinks they can beat South Jones. West has a good show but South is better.

I know this is way after the fact, BUT, if it happened with the middle schools, it can happen with the high schools. NOTHING is impossible.....

As a rep from Jackson Prep just wanted to say thanks so much for the encouragement! I'm a graduating senior hoping to start a legacy that wins competitions by the time I return for my high school reunion. Great job to all the show choirs and thanks for accepting us newsies! And to Auburn...Your show really was incredible! I don't know why you didn't make the finals...I ended up watching it from the cafeteria, and it was still awesome. Especially the dancing in the last number!

Read my previous post on the matter. ;)

It has also been said that the lighting on-stage at Homewood is at a much lower level than most other venues, so that certainly looks to have made the already bright panels appear even brighter.

O ok thanks ha I hope they are better this weekend. Because I really love watching souths show!

Thanks for the postive feedback on our show! We have worked really hard this year and I know that i speak for the whole choir when i say that we really appreciate the support we have been getting! And even though we would have loved to perform in finals, we were there to entertain and have fun...and that's what we did. Thank you to Homewood for such a wonderful competition!

And congrats to all the choirs! I really enjoyed everyone's show. And Pascagula, yall's outfit change was AWESOME.

I hate to say this but I do not like South's backdrop's.. I mean they are way to bright and they distracted me the whole time I would love them if the brightness level wasn't so high!

Auburn - I’m still in complete shock that you all were not in finals, as you all were, in my opinion, one of the best singing groups of the day (and in several specific ways, arguably the best). To say the least, it was both refreshing and inspiring to see a group who is clearly striving for choral excellence. The sound was well-blended, balanced, and controlled. Basic harmonies were in tune, the chords were locking, and there was a clear and deliberate stylistic authenticity to every song that was performed…. Who would have thought? If this group continues on its current uphill climb (and at this point I see absolutely no reason why they will not), it will not be long before judges will not even be able to pretend to justify keeping them out of a well-deserved finals performance. You should all, however, be content in knowing that you are receiving what appears to be a legitimate, well-rounded education in music and not just learning how to win a show choir competition.

THANK YOU! I feel like Auburn is really on fire this year and no one has even realized it. It's so good to see that someone sees the work we've put into our show this year.

Clinton's opener was fantastic and I thought their show was by far the best at this competition. But I was disappointed that we ( as in Auburn High Varsity Singers) didnt make finals...I thought we should have especially since it was one judges apparent bias that resulted in the 1/3 of point difference that kept us out.
