Wow! I think a lot of us just assumed WWS would take this, so huge congrats to Troy! Does anyone who was there or watched the livestream have a review of the performances?

I didn’t get to watch finals, but I watched prelims.

Troy had my personal favorite vocal sound of all the groups I watched yesterday on streams (along with Loveland, Piqua, and Hurricane). They had some super nice choreo and were clean, esp for an early season competition.

WWS and Glenwood were terrific as always, I think they will benefit just like every other group from more time with their show as it gets more and more refined.

I gotta say I was super impressed with Omaha South. In my personal, unprofessional opinion I think this is a group to watch out for for the rest of the year and in future years to win some bigger competitions.

I have to agree - as amazing as Glenwood and WWS were, I already had anticipated how great they would be. I hadn’t heard of Troy until last night and I was absolutely delighted by their show! Congratulations to them on a big win. And Omaha South Captivated me as well.

I initially tuned into this live stream because 3 groups that competed here will actually be making the trip down to the south to compete at 3 separate competition, and I wanted to review them for todays podcast episode. . But since I spent $12, I went ahead and watched every group haha ???? - and I got more than my moneys worth! These kids are awesome! Great job to everyone who competed.

I was there. I would have given a slight edge to WWS, but it was definitley close. Great shows both.
Very nice shows from Omaha South and Columbus East (thought they would make finals)
Surprised at how gender imbalanced Glenwood has become.

So confused, the Swings website says there is a livestream for $12, but the link to the livestream just goes back to the information page. No info on if both Friday and Saturday are live-streamed and no info on how to purchase the livestream. Even checked the Facebook group but that hasn’t been updated sing last spring.
