The schedule is not based on divisions for this festival.

Tier 3 will be:

Poca High School - Visual Volume
Doddride County High School - Bel Canto Bulldogs

Tier 2 will be:

Sissonville High School - Touch of Class
Nitro High School - Showcats
Hurricane High School - Heatwave

Division 1 will be:

Capital High School - Voices In Perfection
Hurricane High School - Red Hot
