best male soloist for the mixed division was Jack Renda and the best female soloist was Marisa Cravero

Thanks for confirming! I've got family from around the Vinton and Blairstown areas so it's always fun to see how TOC plays out every year.

Where does this competition stand? What is the spectator policy?

Right now the only people allowed to watch the groups will be supporters from that group and people who made donations to the event. Each director will be given 2 vouchers for each performer that can be traded in for a wristband.
