"In light of recent events, and following the IHSMA cancellation of Class 3A and Class 2A solo-Small Ensemble Festivals we have made the tough decision to cancel Red Carpet Gala on March 21. As always with any matter, West Delaware is concerned for the health and safety of our students, directors, judges, host schools and spectators as well as those individuals they may come into contact with. Safety must be our primary concern.

Decisions like this are never easy, but we appreciate your patience and understanding during this difficult time. We do recognize that for many of you this was your big finale to your show choir season that might have started with weather cancellations. Our students and parents are disappointed as well."

This is literally one of the only competitions left. Let’s hope they hold out?

Super excited for this competition, but sadly it will be my last as a high school student.
Here are my predictions!
GC: Keokuk “Purple Harmony” (BC) (BB)
1RU: Western Dubuque “5th Avenue” (BV)
2RU: Sumner-Fredericksburg “Sensations”
3RU: Colby “The Coalition”
4RU: Marshalltown “Southside Transit”

This will be a great competition to watch!
