We are so sorry to all who were planning on being part of our event this year. We were planning on offering an incredible day for the students, directors, band, crew, and parent chaperones so they at least got the opportunity to perform one more time....but with our Governor's ban on events holding 250 people or more we could not make this happen. To all other schools who had to cancel your event we are hurting with you, and to the entire show choir community we hope everyone is able to regroup and end your year strong. We'll be ready for a great experience at Brownsburg in 2021, hope you will be a part of it!

Fc will no longer be coming, i don’t know if that’s because of the competition or our school, sorry to all.

I assume with the governor’s ban on gathering over 250 people that this would apply to even the number of choir members that would all be in attendance.

Latest news out of Brownsburg is that the competition is still on, but attendance is being restricted. No spectators or parents, just directors, performers, chaperones, and minimal staff.

Then why hold it? Totally irrational.

I’d much rather this than the entire competition being cancelled. At the end of the day this is about the students, not the spectators

Brownsburg is still hosting their contest this weekend. We are so sorry to hear about all the other contests being canceled and those choirs who do not have the opportunity to compete. Our choirs were excited for a possible state performance next weekend and found out that state has been canceled. But we are happy to say again though that our contest is still on and we hope the show choir community will enjoy some terrific performances from our live stream!

Hello everyone. We are still on for this event. Yes, Avon High School unfortunately canceled because their school corporation has closed for the next two weeks due to concerns with the coronavirus, but we have not had any students or families in our school corporation that have had similar symptoms. Until that becomes a concern we have been assured that this event will happen as planned. Here is the link to our website w/ updated schedules http://brownsburgchoirs.weebly.com/bulldog-spectacular.html. And here is where you can view our livestream for both show choir venues http://www.bcsc.tv/. We are excited to host all of these incredible choirs and hope you will enjoy the performances as well

Predictions!

Tier I Mixed Choirs
GC: Carmel Ambassadors (BC)
1RU: Franklin Central FC Singers (BV)
2RU: Castle Knight Sensations (BB)
3RU: Lafayette Jefferson First Edition
4RU: Avon Accents

Tier I Single-Gender Choirs
GC: Carmel Accents (BV) (BC)
1RU: Franklin Central High Voltage
2RU: Castle Knightingales (BB)

Tier II Mixed Choirs
GC: Beech Grove Jubilaires (BB) (BV)
1RU: Carmel New Edition (BC)
2RU: Mooresville Spotlighters
3RU: Franklin Central Encores

Tier II Single-Gender Choirs
GC: New Prairie Sing Sensation (BB) (BC)
1RU: Beech Grove Elan & Co (BV)
2RU: Carmel Allegro
3RU: Mooresville Finesse

EDIT: Had to make some changes to the Tier II Single-Gender Division since Huntington North is at a different competition and lemme tell you I still had a tough time placing these choirs. I think Elan & Co and Sing Sensation could honestly go either way as they've both placed well this season. This division is a total wild card for me, I wish I could be there to see it for myself! As always, best of luck to everyone competing this weekend(:

Oh thank you! I have so make some adjustments to the Tier II Single-Gender predictions because I've heard that Huntington North is going to Norwell instead, but I'm glad to hear you agree with me! It'll be super interesting to see how this competition plays out
