Official Statement made by our director:
Thursday, March 12", 2020
We understand concerns about COVID-19 (Coronavirus) are of primary consideration to all of us, as we prepare for the 4th annual "Premier Choice Show Choir Invitational" this weekend. The safety and security of all of our competitors and attendees is our paramount consideration. Millikin University has made an official statement and we are proceeding as planned to hold the event as scheduled.
We are closely monitoring the news and will follow any protocols that are provided by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO). We encourage competitors and attendees to take common sense precautions by using hand sanitizer and following these guidelines set by the CDC.
• We encourage everyone to wash your hands frequently with warm, soapy water
for at least 20 seconds.
• We encourage everyone to cover your mouth with tissues whenever you sneeze
and discard used tissues in the trash.
We will release any emergency information or announcements as they become available through email and social media.

Director
Decatur Elite Energy Show Choir

In past years with weather, groups have competed here in freezing temperatures. Even with the campus being mainly outdoors. My guess is it will continue on!

Probably not. As an alumnus of Millikin, I know that KFAC is very touchy about recording and music rights.
