Poquoson was 2nd in Mixed B. I know we all get so excited and then we walk right out the door and can't remember a thing.

I can only remember a couple cations.

Best Show Design: Powhatan Revv'd Up
Best Vocals: Thomas Dale Knightscene (I believe)
Best Choreo: Midlothian Just for Show
Best Band: Matoaca High Impact
Best Male Soloist" Bethel Jazze
Best Female Soloist: Menchville (m)pulse

That's all I remember and I could be wrong about some of those.

QUOTE (High Impact 2 @ Mar 27 2011, 11:55 AM) *

So Matoaca High Impact was 3rd in the Tier I division, whoever gave the results to showchoir.com was incorrect. Poquoson I believe was 3rd in B division. But yea, anyone know how to fix that at the top of this page?

The person who gave them to sc.com was not incorrect, they were just incorrectly posted.

I only got Hanovers results from last night:
Chamber Singers (womens) got 1st in their Division, Sound FX was first in their division, and I think Satin Dolls got 2nd in their Division. and then Chamber Singers got Best Choral Sound and Grand Champion. the ladies took down the mixed this year lol

All my love for (m)pulse today. Have an amazing last competition day Seniors, I'm truly gonna miss you guys!

I believe all of those times moved up an hour, but I'm not certain. And we have two breaks but I can't remember when. Sorry I'm not being very helpful haha.
Also, Powhatan moved to 7:00 and will be the last performance before exhibition. After Harbor Lights, we have a solo exhibition at 8:30, followed by awards (:

On a side note, I cannot recall the stage choir placements from tonight, but all of the choirs were fantastic (:

100 Midlothian City Lights < A
130 Thomas Dale Knightingales < A
200 Matoaca Up Front < A
330 Poquoson Soundsation < A
400 Midlothian Just For Show < A
430 Thomas Dale Knightscene < A

I was most familiar with the Single Gender segment, so I apologize if I mixed up the Mixed order. Im pretty sure Poquoson is in the B division, but I remember them going first... I will fix in the AM.
