Just to be clear, you're saying Jackson was 5th and River Valley was 6th?

It’s too bad the live stream wasn’t shared earlier in the day, because Hurricane blew everyone away! I have never seen a show that clean and controlled that early in the season! I have a feeling they’re going to have a very successful season!

It was quite the show. I caught it on the live stream and it had a crazy level of energy to it. Gave me some vibes of Powerhouse 2013, but was certainly it's own stand alone show. Definitely was expecting High Hopes to show up this season especially in a Hollywood themed show. The arrangement wasn't what I expected, not in a bad way, and the combination of visuals and effects made for a lasting impression. Look forward to seeing the show later on in the season.

Alright y'all there's no easy way to make results look pretty when weather cancels finals and competitions essentially award prelims and final awards simultaneously. As a result, I adjusted the Saturday schedule to show as one big division with overall placements and captions. Also included the class titles for the smaller schools and women's division to still capture those awards. For the larger schools, their "prelim" class titles still live on in the comments and I think they'll be okay with that. Hope that works for folks.

Due to another snow storm that will be hitting in a few hours and for the safety of the attending choirs, the decision has been made to cancel finals. WSU Surround Sound will perform at 5:00pm, Friends will perform at 5:30pm. Daytime awards will be at 6:15.

Thank you for the update, Marty! Do you know if results will still be by divisions outlined above or if they will be combining all mixed divisions for awards?

Oh my god!!!! I attended Invitational and it was so amazing. Beavercreek had so much energy in their performance, and my voice was sore from cheering so hard. My favorite competing group was Red Hot from Hurricane High School, what's yours? Start a chat below!

I have to agree with Kyle! I think that was a phenomenal job Beavercreek! The energy in that performance was so incredible, I could FEEL it through the screen!

I found a livestream at https://live.myvrspot.com/player?udi=YmVhdmVyY3JlZWs=&c=QmVhdmVyY3JlZWtIaWdoU2Nob29s !
You can’t rewind or fast forward so all that anyone will be able to see is beavercreek’s exhibition and awards (if they’re held in the auditorium), but something is better than nothing!

Morning schedule doesn’t change. During the break, there is going to be a meeting that will determine how the afternoon schedule will go.

The afternoon schedule has been updated above. Prelim awards at 5:15 pm. First finalist on at 7:30 pm and perform in half hour intervals from there concluding with a "Friends" host performance and final awards.

Still 6 finalists. It looks like they might've also done away with daytime classes and combined the mixed groups, but I'm not sure. I suppose we'll find out with daytime awards.
