lol, I agree!
I applaud all predictions, plus they're fun to look at then compare...but this is one comp I do not see them NOT make finals at. Other than that, your prediction is pretty close to what I was thinking, too. It's gonna be another good one!

Such a deep field! PREDICTIONS:

I predict a tight race that will once again bring scoring and judging methods into intense scrutiny.
I predict that many story-show fans will want Linn-Mar to win, and that many traditional show advocates will root for Johnston. But, I predict that the judges will remain as fair as possible.
And I predict that I will be shocked with the results no matter how they shake out

However, most competitions don't judge based off of raw scores and in fact only use them in the event of a tiebreaker. I agree with your captions 100% and can see this going both ways by having Johnston and Linn-Mar flip for 1st and 2nd. At Urbandale, Johnston did have 5 more points during prelims however anything could've changed during finals, unless you're refering to a different set of scores

Schedule is now posted. Just want to double check with any CR Kennedy folks as the schedule has Chanteurs in prep when I would've guessed they'd be with Hi-Style. Seems like they bop around from prep/women's prep/9th grade depending on the comp. Aside from that, looks to be another wonderful Great River.
