That's really sad. You guys are one of the nicest show choirs around! You totally deserved the Redskin award. And after seeing the Mamas and the Papas (@ your invitational), our parents are starting their own group now. They're calling it "Old Era"!

Are you serious Alex, haha, I cant wait to see that!!!

As a competing show choir...I'm afraid so. We're heart sick.

Wait, what does this mean? The "Spartainaires" are becoming extinct?

Just a quick shout out from a Lakeview (Michigan) parent. This was my last invitational EVER as a show choir mom, and our last invitational as a show choir. I cannot think of a better way to end our 50 year career than to have won the Redskin award. Thanks so much to the Singsations!! We were very honored.

We were short 8 of our members...we've had a horrible uphill climb this year, but the kids and our director have never lost their positive spirit. It meant more than you'll ever know to have y'all recognize that. I have made some very dear friends in this organization and had four amazing years. LOVE Y'ALL!!

Sincerely,
The wheelchair lady who also danced Bohemian Rhapsody and was in Mamas and Papas.

ps. I hope and pray that another Michigan show choir will step up and fill our void...

Sigh, what a fun last competition. Even though Brush didn't make finals, I had such a great time! I didn't get to see Fairfield, but Beavercreek and Edgewood blew me away! Seeing Edgewood was especially cool, since I had April James (their choreographer) as a choreographer at SCA =]

Our hosts were very nice and helpful. Thanks for everything, guys!

It was hard competing with only 16 girls (vacations and injuries are a b***h) but honestly, I'm so proud of Brush. I'm gonna miss you guys like CRAZY! =[[

Congrats to the finalists and all competitors.
